Studio Rules
- We will stretch and warm up during class, please arrive on time so you can gain the full benefits of the program.
- Remove shoes before walking on mats.
- Speak quietly around the facility. There may be other sessions occurring in other rooms.
- No contact is allowed unless it is supervised by the class instructor.
- Control your emotions at all times in the studio.
- Do your best everyday. Consistency is important even if you are not feeling your best.
- Stay hydrated. You may bring water, but please no other food or drink the studio.
- Stay home if you are not feeling well. This is a group class and you may be in close contact with others during class.
Other Guidelines
- Wear loose fitting workout clothes
- Long pants such as sweat pants or gi pants are best.
- T-shirts are good, please no loose tank tops or tight fitting shirts as this will prevent you from participating in certain drills.
- Be respectful, please refrain from using profanity or discussing emotionally charged topics.
- Consider eating light prior to attending class, it may impact your enjoyment or level of participation for some activities.
