This class is all about keeping your body mobile and improving balance. Do as much or as little as you need to keep your body moving. In this class we will use a variety of stretching techniques both standing and/or sitting depending on your needs. We will talk about why these movements work to keep you enjoying the activities you love. Come join the community and move your body, even if you have low energy on a given day.

This class is all about the mock fights or katas that are part of martial arts practice. You will learn the Kempo movements to properly perform each kata and may practice individually or together as a group. Once you gain some experience with the motions, we will advance your practice to keep it challenging and fun. Katas can be used as simple flowing movements or can be intensified to mimic faster fighting techniques depending on your desired level of practice.

Come learn some basic fighting skills based on the Kempo style martial art. This class is taught in a traditional style but will not have ranks or sparring requirements. You will practice skills and techniques by particiapting in fun and challenging drills that demonstrate real life application.
